Yes, this coloring book is on the costly side considering there are no photos to give you an idea of its content but wow! What a pleasant surprise! Book comes with a wire spine, each picture is perforated for easy removal, nice paper weight (not super thick but good) and best of all each image gets its own page!!!Just a wonderful book and should be the standard all other coloring books follow. The only sour note would be the occasional corner note saying something like “please complete decoration†or “complete detail on Medusa and snakes†but other than that just beautiful! I’ve added photos so you don’t have to buy it blind like I did. Please note these are just some images there are plenty more inside. Many hours of adult coloring fun!
I LOVE ALL THE PICTURES IN THIS BOOK. THERE ARE SIMPLE AND MORE ADVANCED STYLES SO THIS IS GOOD FOR EVERY LEVEL OF COLORING SKILLS. I REALLY ENJOY NICHOLAS' ARTWORK SO I WAS HAPPY WHEN I FINALLY BROKE DOWN AND ORDERED IT. I HAVE HAD FUN TRYING A COUPLE DIFFERENT SETS OF PENCILS. I HAVE TRIED SOME IROTIJEN AND CRAYOLA AND HAVE YET TO TRY PRISMA AND FABERCASTELL.
Love this book but I was mad when Ingitbmy book arrived on time in good font .... a month later amazon.com had the chines version which is way better cuz u get extra full color images I think even some tips and info on the illustrator in the first few pages ... plus most Asian Coloring books are justEnter quality with a more authentic feel fir some reason ...
I am not disappointed with this book at all! The quality is superb and the pictures are so beautifully done! I went and ordered another coloring book from this company because of the quality. If your thinking about this purchase; get it! You won't be disappointed.
I can't begin to express how much I love this artist. Anything he does I will buy it. It has something in it for everyone. The US version has pictures printed on one side only and decent quality paper. The paper is also perforated for easy tear out. The spiral bound pages lay down nice and flat. I've bought two copies of Serene, Fantasia and am scouting out for Eirene. I hope he continues to do many more books. I'll be waiting for them with my hand on the buy it now button.
Is one of my favorites tho I prefer hardcover coloring books. This one is a spiral bound, the paper is really great. The artwork beautiful
Grandson 13 I thought was a little old for coloring books. But not this one. Opened on xmas eve along with colored pencil set. And that was that, spent the rest of the night working on just one of the marvelous pictures that he seemed thrilled with having. Just the right theme of illustrations to pique his imagination.
Great pictures here killed alot of time while in hospital
