This is a small booklet, and a quick, simple read. It is a good introduction to Naval operations and I recommend it for new division officers.
A quick read to reinforce some old axioms and ensure routine things get done routinely, with expertise in 5th Fleet and FDNF. If you already know this stuff, good on ya, read it again 2 months in to your tour. Make sure you put Sunset Cigars into the POD because you are OPS and you are awesome.
